Our bed and breakfast in Alaska is priced for every budget—from a fully-catered all-inclusive package to stays at our B&B only. We pick up all arrivals at the airport or ferry and will run you up to our B&B so you can settle in before you run off and explore Seldovia.
Unlike more remote Alaska fishing lodges, we bring you all the comfort and convenience of home when you stay with us!
We start by picking your up when you arrive in Seldovia from the airport or marina in our 9 passenger van to shuttle you and your luggage to the lodge for check-in.
We have 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms downstairs and a 1 bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs.
A home-style breakfast, as well as cereals, coffee and tea, soft drinks, and bottled water are included in your stay. Additional meals such as lunch and dinner are available for an additional cost per plate.
You’ll get a great view of the water from our lounge room—or, for those days when the weather isn’t cooperating, we have board games, TV, wifi, and movies for your entertainment.
Check-in & check-out are fluid since Seldovia travel is unique. The House on the Rock is your home from the time you arrive to your departure. If there are other guests checking in or out and we need time to clean your room you will have space to leave your belongings until your room is ready or you depart.
When you stay with us, you’re only a 3-minute walk from town. There you’ll find restaurants, a museum and a variety of other shops.
Seldovia is a small, compact town and nothing is too far to walk to, however, we’ll be glad to offer you a ride if you’d prefer. Take a walk up to the St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox church, swing by the museum, or wander the Otterbaun trail to find a nice little secluded beach. Explore Seldovia!
